Pronation continues after the ball is struck, resulting in the side of the strings that had faced Andy's left now facing his right. The follow-through begins toward Roddick's right side, but the racquet will come around to his left as it continues downward.

The left arm does a great job of tucking itself well out of the way without any deliberate thought.
