In this photo, Victoria Azarenka has completed the backswing for a forehand she'll hit with an almost 3/4 open stance and a Semi-Western grip. Azarenka has one of the most powerful forehands in the women's game. Victoria generates much of that power by bending her knees to drive upward with her legs and by coiling her upper body to create rotational energy as she swings.
