Roughly 2/3 into the pre-contact phase of Ana's swing, her racquet remains laid back at a right angle to the forearm. In the kinetic chain that produces racquet-head speed, the wrist and racquet whip forward last, as the culmination of all of the forces generated by the larger muscles in the legs, core, and upper arm.

Given how far below the ball her racquet is at this point, Ana will be hitting considerable topspin.
