The Gamma Tennis Trainer is a practice device consisting of a tennis ball attached to an elastic band anchored to a weighted block. Do its low cost, convenience, and high-energy usage, among other assets, outweigh the possible difficulty of applying on-court the practice it provides?

I am using this as a great way to exercise. My target heart rate measured an average of 150. On my treadmill after jogging for 2 minutes – the highest THR is 138! I am not sure if will improve my tennis game -but it will help with my endurance!!
